How it All Started

101fm was founded in 2015 with a passion of broadcasting Adult Pop music of the 2,000s and Today (101fm.com). In addition to our Silicon Valley location we have added our new studio in Fredericksbug Texas playing the latest Hot Country Hits from the Texas Hill Wine Country (101fm.net). Our broadcasting provides our listeners with the commercial free experience of high definition radio with no subscription costs. Whew… How do we do that? Our listeners have the ability to support music royalties by shopping online. We partnered with Amazon.com whom supported the concept as they contribute towards royalties with each purchase our listeners make when they enter Amazon from our website. There is no addional cost to our listeners as Amazon absorbs the cost to support royalties on your behalf.
